Dr. Nicholas Haddock presented at the 17th Annual Tyler Breast Cancer Symposium on March 22, 2014. He was also interviewed at the event by NBC News. At the event and during the interview he discussed all options of breast reconstruction including the PAP flap. The PAP flap is a technique for breast reconstruction where skin and fat can be taken from the posterior thigh and used to recreate a breast. It is ideal in thin woman who would prefer to avoid implant based reconstruction.
